The personal data you provide to Rudiflex s.r.l., in accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree 101/2018 and subsequent amendments and additions, are subject to processing in compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (Privacy Code).
We therefore inform you that:
The personal data you enter on all the forms and pages of Rudiflex s.r.l., for requests of information about the products developed and marketed, shall be processed, in whatever form they are provided, only by staff in charge of Rudiflex s.r.l..
In case of visit and consultation of the Site, the Owner does not collect, in general, personal data of the data subject, except for the so-called navigation data. Furthermore, with the consent of the data subject, such data may be transferred outside the national territory to other companies of the Data owner based in countries outside the European Union: in the latter case, an adequate level of data protection will be guaranteed.
Your choice to refuse such use remains possible at any time, by exercising, free of charge, the right to object under Articles 130, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, and Article 21 of EU Regulation 679/2016 according to the procedures described below.
The provision of data marked with an asterisk (*) is compulsory, as it is essential to identify the author of the comment and to manage the information requested in relation to the products developed by Rudiflex S.r.l.. Failure to provide such data will make it impossible for Rudiflex srl to process your request.
This website does not use IT techniques for the automatic acquisition of personal data identifying the data subject or profiling techniques. The software used to operate this website uses only session cookies and analytics cookies (in particular, Google Analytics cookies). By accepting the proposals of these third parties, the user can access multimedia pages which exclusively belong to these third parties which, being outside the control of the Owner, are in no way required to comply with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

The subscriber, in his capacity as data subjects, may exercise the rights referred to in Articles 15-16-17-18-19-20-21-22 of the EU Regulation, by virtue of which he may request and obtain information about the data concerning him, the purposes and methods of processing, updating, rectification, integration, cancellation, anonymization and blocking, the storage period of data and, finally, oppose the processing of the same or withdraw consent to the processing of his data (art. 7 EU Regulation) by sending the relevant request by e-mail to info@Rudiflex.it or by withdrawing consent in the “newsletter” section of the site.
Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint/report/appeal to the Data Protection Authority pursuant to Articles 141 et seq. of the Privacy Code and 77 of EU Regulation 679/2016. Data subjects may avail themselves, for the exercise of their rights, of natural persons, entities, associations or bodies, by conferring written proxy to this end.
